Intent customers
They are already in the ask. Sjo has already narrowed the list. What reaches you is someone who means this category, this spend, this skip.
For businesses
We bring you customers who already decided this fits them. That is what reduces returns and makes the ones who stay more satisfied. Sjo researches and narrows before they reach you.
Volume without fit is expensive. A return, a no-show, a booking that almost fit costs more than the click. Customers who already chose are what we deliver to the business.
01 · Customer
They already know what they skip.
They ask Sjo — in chat or on a listing tab. That skip stays with them.
02 · Sjo
The intermediary.
We keep what they asked and skipped, research and narrow, and only pass a limited slice when they authorize a specific partner and context.
03 · You
You receive people who already intend to buy or book this way.
Not cold traffic. Fit first means fewer returns, and a customer who is satisfied they chose you.
The interchange. Customer, Sjo, you.
01 — What we deliver
They are already in the ask. Sjo has already narrowed the list. What reaches you is someone who means this category, this spend, this skip.
They did not pick you off a long list. They picked you because it fits what they skip and what they keep. Wrong items come back. Fit stays.
What they keep sits right. That is why a partner in this network is not buying volume.
02 — The shift
A good floor used to learn someone after a few visits. That was the promise of the physical room: they walk in, you already know what they skip. That moment is no longer where most of the work happens.
Customers compare and narrow online first. Sjo is already in that session — site chat and the Chrome side panel on the listing they have open. Joining the network means being a destination in that path, not reprinting a shop-floor story for a B2B slide.
This is not Vision. Vision is the member-facing “what’s ahead.” Partners is a commercial page: who pays, what they receive, and what we will not sell.
03 — The main offer
You apply to be a destination Sjo can send a customer toward — a hotel, a maker, a table, a shop worth their time. They arrive having already chosen in your direction, which is why returns fall and satisfaction holds. When they authorize it, you may see a limited slice of what they skip, for that context only. You do not buy a person. You do not buy a list of names.
Sjo picks partners. This is not self-serve placement and not every shop. You write. We decide whether the destination is worth the customer’s time.
A card or API grant is opt-in, for a named partner and a stated scope — often one visit or one stay. A new partner never inherits an old yes. Standing API access is approved per partner and is not self-serve.
Fit and compare already run on the listing the customer is looking at. Chat does the same research and narrow. If you are only present at a physical door, you arrive after they have chosen.
04 — A separate product
If you need demand shape — what this pool keeps, skips, or is in-market for — that is a report, not a card. No individual rows. No re-identification. We withhold a cut rather than ship a thin one.
Distinct member accounts in the pool before any anonymized trend disclosure. Trend statistics.
Minimum pool if a cut could support re-identification. Still no named people. Finer segment cut.
05 — The refusal
Inquiry
Say whether you want into the network, a trend report, or both. Include the company, the site or floor, and why you want customers who already intend to choose you.
